Autumn Melodies Concert, on 1 Nov 2025, presents a poetic and exhilarating musical journey. Performed by the Hong Kong Post-Modern Philharmonic Orchestra (AO), Youth Orchestra (YO), Junior Orchestra (JSO), with students from the ECM programme and guest dancers from En Pointe School of Ballet, it offers a cross-disciplinary showcase of autumn colours.

The programme features Beethoven’s Symphony No.5 (4th mvt), Saint-Saëns’ Bacchanale from Samson et Dalila, Shostakovich’s Waltz No.2, Joe Hisaishi’s Merry-Go-Round of Life (from Howl’s Moving Castle), plus Tam Lok Hei’s A Fairy Tale in My Heart, blending classics with Hong Kong creativity. Guest Conductor Dongmin Kim joins Gisele Ng and Rex Lee to lead Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring, Mussorgsky’s Night on the Bald Mountain, and more. JSO and ECM students perform Pirates of the Caribbean Suite, while YO and the Youth Dance Group dazzle with Waltz No.2. A feast for families and music lovers alike.
